1 本機床是一種計算機全自動控制的機電儀一體化機床，具有自動循環拋光功能。機床由數字化控制，只改變計算機的程序就可以拋光不同形狀零件。

2 該機床為4工位單面拋光機。工件固定在工件轉臺的工裝上。通過一伺服電機經行星減速機減速增扭后驅動工件旋轉。

3 上拋光頭設計或電主軸結構回轉精度高，振動小。

4 工件轉臺安裝在縱向移動滑臺上，縱向移動滑臺垂直安裝在橫向移動滑臺上。拋光時由X、Y軸帶動4個工件根據需要可做不同的軌跡運動，從而實現復雜型面的拋光。

5 機床采用全封閉造型，外形美觀大方，機床床身采用計算機仿真和有限元設計，zui大限度提高床身剛度和抗震性能，使機床各運動導軌具有良好的剛性和抗震性。
